Aliz's passion for nutrition began when she experienced the power of food as medicine after experiencing several unresolved health issues.
Having gained her Bachelor's in Nutritional and Dietetic Medicine and, more recently, her Master's in Human Nutrition, she is passionate about promoting evidence-based nutrition, making sure to keep up with the latest research and resources to ensure she can offer the best and most up to date information, education and resources to others.
Kassandra has always possessed a strong appreciation for the connection between a healthy lifestyle and food, and loves nurturing this in others.
Accredited with a Bachelor of Food Science and Nutrition, Kassandra is a passionate Nutritionist and Health Coach who dedicates herself to supporting people to thrive in health, without sacrificing their love of food.
She uses her knowledge and experience to develop and present nutritional seminars across Australia and is committed to improving health education throughout the country. She is also experienced in overseeing resources and project management. Kassandra loves to cook and shares this joy with the community, providing demonstrations for innovative yet simple cooking skills that focus on incorporating more nutrients into everyday meals, while ensuring they remain full of flavour. She has created and successfully implemented a range of health and wellbeing initiatives and programs. She takes a holistic approach in all areas of her practice, not only supporting nutritional development, but working collaboratively to improve stress management, good sleep hygiene and overall health.
Above all, Kassandra works to incorporate healthy change to fit individual needs and provide tailored nutritional guidance to the unique life of every individual.
Kim Malcolm is an accomplished, certified Nutritionist who genuinely lives her passion for food and lifestyle as medicine. She has worked globally throughout her career, meeting with private clients, writing and managing nutritional seminars for hundreds of people, creating whole food recipes, teaching cooking classes, and consulting to chefs and cafés.
Kim’s breadth of experience and decades of learning have given her deep wisdom about the principles that underpin holistic, healthy living. Her educational content is grounded in the conviction that we are all able to make transformational changes for our overall health by combining the science of nutrition with our own personal intuition. This approach provides practitioners and clients alike with a framework for making healthy choices that are both evidenced-based and conscious of one’s unique DNA, culture and life experience.
Her curiosity about natural, whole foods as fuel for the body is a common thread throughout her early childhood memories growing up in New Zealand. Her natural propensity to gather knowledge on this subject set the course for a lifestyle centred on nutritional wisdom and has supported her journey to become a woman who inspires well-being internationally.

Courtney is the author of our Plant-based Nutrition Advanced Module and is an expert in the vegan and plant-based nutrition space.
Courtney completed her Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics with first class honours. During her honours degree, she published her study in an international nutrition journal. Courtney uses her experience in research to provide evidence-based nutrition advice to her clients.
Courtney created her own business named ‘Nourished by Plants’ as she has a passion for supporting clients to adopt and maintain a plant-based diet that is nutritious, delicious and sustainable. She understands that everyone has their own unique needs, preferences and lifestyles and tailors all health and nutrition recommendations to suit.Courtney has been vegan for many years herself so she understands the struggles that come with following a plant-based diet and lifestyle, which she believes allows her to empathise with her clients and collaboratively create a plan that will greatly benefit their health and wellbeing.
Courtney also has experience working in the social media space (e.g. Instagram), has been a guest on multiple podcasts, has collaborated with Youtube personalities, completed menu reviews for plant-based meal delivery companies and hosted nutrition workshops for gyms. She enjoys working with vegan businesses and individuals to spread evidence-based messages about vegan diets and lifestyles.
Outside of work, Courtney enjoys spending time with friends and family, visiting vegan friendly cafes and restaurants, going to the gym, walking, listening to podcasts, watching sports, attending live music events and spending time outdoors.
Jess is the author of our Sports Nutrition Advanced Module and specialises in working with motivated individuals in both professional sport and the corporate environment.
At present, Jess is one of the most respected and sought after Dietitians in Australia due to her work with various high profile sports teams and individual clients. Her current portfolio includes the GWS Giants (AFL), Giants Netball, Western Sydney Wanderers (A-League), Sydney Kings (NBL), Cronulla Sharks (NRL), NSW Waratahs (Super Rugby), international athletes and corporate executives.
In the professional sport space, Jess specialises in creating performance nutrition programs, building relationships and changing athlete eating behaviours to help them live and perform at their best. She is also enjoys working with adolescent athletes to help them understand the importance of not only fuelling for sport but for life as well.
In the corporate space, Jess particularly enjoys working with executives one-on-one and delivering a range of bespoke nutrition services across the business to optimise employee work efficiency, productivity, health and overall quality of life. Food, mood and mental health is a particular area of interest at the moment.
Jess has a Masters of Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Science (Nutrition) from the University of Wollongong. She has published peer-reviewed journals and has contributed to various radio and media publications. In 2017, Jess was awarded the ‘Emerging Media Presence’ award by Sports Dietitians Australia.
Jess also enjoys working with industry and food brands who align with her food philosophy – that it is equally important food is both nutritious and delicious.
Skye is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and mother of two young children. During her 15+ year career, Skye has worked as a clinical dietitian at the Royal Children’s Hospital in Melbourne, as senior dietitian at the Healthy Kids Association, in her own private practice and as a consultant dietitian to schools, daycare centres, non-profit organisations and the food industry.
She is also an accomplished health and nutrition writer, recipe developer and speaker.
